The Works
Hi! I’m Alysah Kay Pantorilla and currently studying Television, Radio, and Film at Syracuse University. I love everything that encapsulates this major and feel so lucky to be studying it.
I've been part of all different parts of my major throughout my time as a student in Syracuse and I’m happy to share some of those projects here.

TELEVISION
Orange Television Network - Live From Studio B
My knowledge and experience in television have been learned and spent with Orange Television Network in the comedy sketch show Live From Studio B. I started as crew member, became Assistant Director, and, now, I have the privilege of being the show’s current Executive Producer. You can find a few of my favorite episodes/clips below.
RADIO
WJPZ-FM
I’ve worked in Syracuse’s local radio station z89 both as a radio dj and producer. My work as an executive producer and audio editor is in the podcast below.
Beyond the Beat
I co-produce and co-host Beyond the Beat Podcast which explores how social issues and art come together through music. We select an artist dive into their discography and intertwine it with relevant topics in our world.
FILM
Stuck was a project for my class during freshman year at Newhouse and this is when I started developing my knowledge for what went into the production aspect of a film.
Woolf Hunt was a class project during Sophmore year when I got to further view my interest in film production and for this project I was tasked with being the Director of Photography.
ACE is special to me because it was the first short film I got to be part of as a student. This film was under the art-house film production Syracuse University has called Matchbox Films. For this film, I was the second assistant director and I was able to apply everything I had learned from class regarding the pre-production of film as well as learn and grow.
Memory Ln. was a short film co-written and co-directed by my friend Tate and me. We were experimenting in making a dining room scene for class together.
More
Syracuse International Film Festival
I was a video intern for SIFF and created promotional videos and highlight reels. Below are a couple of my works.
